本服務為行動遊戲：玩家需在限定時間內守護目標、閃避彈幕，並可於熱身／地獄等模式遊玩。我們可能不定期更新、調整或暫停部分功能。
二、使用規範
- 請合法使用本服務，不得干擾服務運作、作弊或進行濫用。
- 您應對自己輸入的暱稱內容負責，不得使用違法、侵權或令人反感的名稱。
- 我們可基於安全或條款違反，限制或終止服務存取。
三、廣告與應用程式內購買
本服務可能提供獎勵廣告（例如復活），以及永久免廣告等應用程式內購買。購買與退款依 Apple App Store／Google Play 平台規則處理。除法律另有規定外，虛擬權益通常不具現金價值、不可轉讓。
四、免責聲明
本服務按「現況」提供。於法律允許範圍內，我們不對因使用或無法使用本服務所生之間接、附帶或衍生損害負責。

By using 3mins ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
The Service is a mobile game in which you guard a target and dodge danmaku within a time limit, including Warm-up and Hell modes. We may update or suspend features from time to time.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use the Service lawfully; do not cheat, abuse, or disrupt it.
- You are responsible for nicknames you enter; do not use unlawful, infringing, or offensive names.
- We may restrict or terminate access for security or Terms violations.
3. Ads and In-App Purchases
The Service may offer rewarded ads (such as revive) and permanent ad-free purchases. Purchases and refunds follow Apple App Store / Google Play rules. Except where required by law, virtual entitlements generally have no cash value and are non-transferable.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
