- 廣告相關技術資料：若您觀看獎勵廣告或尚未購買永久免廣告，Google AdMob 可能處理裝置識別碼、廣告互動與相關技術資訊，用於廣告投放、頻率控制與詐欺防範。在 iOS 上，可能依系統規範請求 App Tracking Transparency（ATT）授權。
- 購買相關資料：若您購買永久免廣告，App Store／Google Play 會依平台規則處理交易資訊；我們通常只會收到購買是否成功的必要狀態，不會取得完整信用卡號碼。
- 診斷資料：在系統或平台允許範圍內，可能包含崩潰／效能相關技術資訊以協助穩定度改善。
二、我們如何使用您的資料
- 提供遊戲進度、暱稱顯示與模式解鎖等核心功能。

Welcome to 3mins ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Data We Collect
- On-device settings: player nickname, mode unlock status, and ad-free entitlement flags, stored locally on your device by default.
- Advertising technical data: if you watch rewarded ads or have not purchased permanent ad-free access, Google AdMob may process device identifiers and ad interaction data for serving ads, frequency control, and fraud prevention. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission may be requested as required.
- Purchase data: if you buy permanent ad-free access, Apple App Store / Google Play process the transaction under platform rules. We typically receive only necessary purchase status, not full payment card numbers.
- Diagnostics: crash/performance signals may be collected where permitted to improve stability.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide gameplay, nickname display, and mode unlock features.
- Show rewarded ads (such as revive) or manage permanent ad-free access.
- Maintain security, stability, and debugging.

3. What We Do Not Do
- The Service does not require a cloud account and does not upload your nickname to our servers as cloud account data.
- We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use Google AdMob, Apple App Store / Google Play, and related consent/messaging platforms (such as Google User Messaging Platform). These parties may process necessary data under their own policies.
5. Retention and Security
- Nickname and preferences are primarily stored on your device; deleting the app or clearing app data may remove them.
- We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method is 100% secure.
6. Tracking and Ad Identifiers
Where supported, ad partners may use device-related identifiers for personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage tracking/ad preferences in system settings (options vary by device/OS).
