GameWorld App Studio（以下稱「我們」）重視使用者安全。我們對任何兒少性虐待與剝削（CSAE）或兒少性虐待內容（CSAM）採取零容忍政策。
一、禁止內容與行為
- 禁止任何涉及兒少性虐待、剝削、誘騙或性化未成年人之內容與行為。
- 禁止利用本服務對未成年人進行騷擾、威脅或不當接觸。
二、產品設計說明
3mins 主要為單機彈幕動作遊戲，不以兒童為目標對象，亦不提供公開社群聊天室。玩家暱稱僅保存在使用者本機。
三、檢舉與處理
- 使用者可透過客服信箱回報可疑內容或行為。
- 我們收到檢舉後會盡快審查，並視情況採取必要措施。
四、法律遵循與通報
我們遵守適用法律與平台政策。若發現疑似違法或危害兒少安全之內容與行為，我們將依法向相關單位通報並配合合法調查。

GameWorld App Studio has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Any content or conduct involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors is prohibited.
- Harassment, threats, or inappropriate contact directed at minors via the Service is prohibited.
2. Product Design
3mins is primarily a single-player danmaku action game. It is not directed at children and does not provide public social chat rooms. Player nicknames are stored on-device.
3. Reporting
- Users may report suspicious content or conduct via our support email.
- We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
4. Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable laws and platform policies. Where required, we report suspected illegal or harmful activity to authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
