歡迎使用全球創世（以下稱「本服務」）。使用本服務即表示您同意本使用條款。若不同意，請勿使用本服務。
一、服務說明
本服務為行動遊戲應用程式，提供奇點能量貢獻、奇遇、宇宙訊號、排行與相關娛樂功能。我們可能不定期更新、調整或暫停部分功能。
二、帳號與使用規範
- 您應提供真實且可聯繫的登入資訊，並妥善保管帳號安全。
- 禁止利用外掛、自動化腳本、作弊或其他不正當方式干擾服務公平性。
- 禁止發布違法、侵權、仇恨、騷擾或危害兒少之內容。
- 我們可基於安全、濫用或條款違反，限制或終止帳號存取。
三、反作弊與異常資料處理
- 本服務保留對作弊、漏洞利用、未經授權自動化、異常交易與其他濫用行為之調查與處置權。
- 如我們合理判定玩家透過漏洞、系統異常、作弊或不正當方式取得進度、排行、虛擬物品或其他利益，我們得採取修正、回滾、扣回、移除、重置、取消資格、暫停或終止帳號等措施。
- 為維護公平性與安全性，本服務得保留必要紀錄（如操作與交易相關日誌）作為調查與判定依據。
四、伺服器資料與遊戲平衡調整
- 若本機顯示與伺服器資料不一致，除法律另有規定外，以伺服器資料為準。
- 我們得基於營運、安全、公平性或技術需要，調整遊戲規則、排行機制、活動內容、數值平衡、獎勵與虛擬內容設定。
- 前述調整可能影響既有進度、排行榜名次或可見數值，您同意此類合理調整不構成違約或額外補償義務。
五、虛擬內容與購買
若本服務提供應用程式內購買、訂閱或虛擬物品，相關權益以各平台（App Store / Google Play）規則及產品說明為準。除法律另有規定外，虛擬內容通常不具現金價值、不可轉讓。
六、廣告
本服務可能顯示第三方廣告。廣告內容與投放技術由廣告夥伴提供，其資料處理受其隱私政策拘束。
七、免責聲明
本服務按「現況」提供。在法律允許範圍內，我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤或完全符合特定需求。因不可抗力、網路、裝置或第三方服務造成之損失，我們於法律允許範圍內不負責任。
八、隱私
個人資料處理請參閱隱私權政策。
九、條款更新與生效
我們得因法規、營運或服務調整，不定期更新本條款。更新後版本將公布於本服務官網或應用程式內，並自公告日起生效。若屬重大變更，我們將以合理方式提供提示。您於更新條款生效後繼續使用本服務，即視為同意更新後之條款內容。
十、準據法與管轄
本條款之成立、解釋、履行與相關爭議，均適用香港特別行政區法律（不含其衝突法規則）。因本服務所生或與本條款相關之爭議，除法律另有強制規定外，以香港特別行政區法院為第一審專屬管轄法院。

By using Global Genesis ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
The Service is a mobile game providing singularity contribution, encounters, cosmic signals, rankings, and related entertainment features. We may update, change, or suspend features from time to time.
2. Accounts and Acceptable Use
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and accurate.
- Do not cheat, automate, or otherwise unfairly interfere with the Service.
- Do not post illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or child-harmful content.
- We may restrict or terminate access for security, abuse, or Terms violations.
3. Anti-Cheat and Handling of Abnormal Data
- The Service reserves the right to investigate and take action against cheating, exploit abuse, unauthorized automation, abnormal transactions, and other abusive behavior.
- If we reasonably determine that progress, rankings, virtual items, or other benefits were obtained through exploits, system errors, cheating, or other improper means, we may correct, roll back, deduct, remove, reset, disqualify, suspend, or terminate related accounts.
- To maintain fairness and security, we may retain necessary records (such as operation and transaction-related logs) as evidence for investigation and decisions.
4. Server Authority and Game-Balance Adjustments
- If local display data conflicts with server records, server records prevail except where otherwise required by law.
- For operational, security, fairness, or technical reasons, we may adjust game rules, ranking mechanisms, event content, balance values, rewards, and virtual content settings.
- Such reasonable adjustments may affect existing progress, ranking positions, or visible values, and do not constitute breach or additional compensation obligations.
5. Virtual Content and Purchases
If the Service offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items, platform rules (App Store / Google Play) and product descriptions apply. Except where required by law, virtual content generally has no cash value and is non-transferable.
6. Advertising
The Service may show third-party ads. Ad partners may process data under their own policies.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network/device issues, or third-party services.

9. Changes to Terms and Effective Date
We may update these Terms from time to time due to legal, operational, or service changes. Updated versions will be published on our website or within the app and become effective on the date of publication. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
