全球創世 / Global Genesis 帳號刪除說明

本頁適用於 App Store / Google Play 上架之應用程式「全球創世」（開發者聯絡信箱：gameworldappstudio@gmail.com）。

        在 App 內刪除帳號（建議／主要方式）
        登入「全球創世」。
開啟側邊選單。
點選「刪除帳號」。
閱讀提示後確認「確認刪除」。若系統要求，請先重新登入（Email／Apple）再重試。
完成後將刪除登入帳號、創世者名稱與雲端個人資料，並清除本機進度，然後登出。

      

刪除後將移除的資料

登入帳號（Firebase Auth）與相關識別資訊。
創世者名稱與雲端個人進度／設定（可行範圍內）。
本機進度與登入快取。

可能仍會留存的資料

公開彈幕／留言紀錄可能仍會以匿名形式留存。
依法或平台要求必須保留之紀錄（例如防濫用與交易相關必要資訊）。

無法在 App 內完成時

若裝置或登入狀態異常導致無法完成刪除，可寄信至 gameworldappstudio@gmail.com，主旨請填【刪除帳號申請－全球創世】，並提供創世者名稱與登入用電子郵件／Apple 帳號相關識別，我們會協助處理。

Global Genesis Account Deletion Guide (English)

This page applies to the App Store / Google Play app "Global Genesis (全球創世)". Contact email: gameworldappstudio@gmail.com

          Delete your account in the app (recommended)
          Sign in to Global Genesis.
Open the side menu.
Tap “Delete account”.
Confirm deletion. If required, sign in again (Email / Apple) and retry.
Your login, creator name, cloud profile, and local progress will be deleted, and you will be signed out.

        

Data to be deleted

Firebase Auth account and related identifiers.
Creator name and cloud personal progress/settings where technically feasible.
Local progress and auth cache.

Data that may remain

Public barrage/chat records may remain in anonymous form.
Records retained for legal, anti-abuse, or platform obligations.

If in-app deletion is unavailable

Email gameworldappstudio@gmail.com with subject [Account Deletion Request - Global Genesis] and include your creator name and sign-in email / Apple identifier.
